The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts’ 2022 Annual Awards of Excellence is open for entries.
Open to seriously talented
Chefs, Pastry Chefs or Waiters between 20 and 26 years of age, the Annual Awards of Excellence 2022 is a brilliant platform to shine a light on the young talent within our incredible industry and show support to our future generation of leaders.
The top-scoring recipients of the AAE in each category will also be presented with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Young Chef, Young Pastry Chef and Young Waiter of the Year awards. Each year the Young Chef, Young Pastry Chef and Young Waiter of The Year are awarded a once in a lifetime scholarship trip.
Deadline for entries is 4 February.
